a. Disassembly.
NOTE
Matchmark four sections of motor housing.

Clamp hydraulic motor (1), shaft end
down, in vise with soft jaws.
Remove four screws (2) and valve
housing (3) from hydraulic motor (1).
Remove two springs (4) and pins (5).
Remove seals (6 and 7).
Remove two check plugs (8), preformed
packings (9), springs (10), and steel
balls (11) from valve housing (3).
Remove plug (12) and preformed
packing (13) from valve housing (3).
Remove balance ring (14).
Remove inner and outer face seals (15
and 16) from balance ring (14).
Remove valve (17).
Remove valve plate (18) from bearing
housing (19).
Remove two seals (20 and 21).
Remove valve drive (22).
