c. Installation.
(1) With the aid of an assistant, install roller pin (18), two spacers (19), and roller assembly (20) on winch
frame (4). Install new cotter pin (17) on roller pin (18).
(2) Install pulley pin (14), two spacers (15), and pulley (16) on winch frame (4). Install new cotter pin (13)
on pulley pin (14).
