Not all vehicles have locknut (14) or
screw (13).

Position defroster tube guard (11)
inside glove box compartment (12)
and install with screw (13), locknut
(14), screw (15), washer (16),
lockwasher (17), and nut (18).
c. Follow-on Maintenance.
(1)
Install windshield wiper blade and arm (para 18-2).
(2)
Install instrument panel (left idler shaft only) (para 7-19).
(3)
Check operation of wipers (TM 9-2320-279-10).
