18-9.2. WINDSHIELD WIPER IDLER SHAFT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

b. Installation.
NOTE
Position idler shaft to stay in cab shell
without support.
(1)
Install idler shaft (1) in cab shell (2)
with two screws (3).
(2)
Install seal washer (4), washer (5), and
nut (6) on idler shaft (1).
(3)
Install rubber boot (7) and splined drive
cone (8) on idler shaft (1).
NOTE
Conlinks are connected by snapping on
idler shafts.
(4)
Connect two conlinks (9) on idler shafts (10).
