(8) Remove head (13) from rod (12).
(9) Remove backup ring (14) and preformed packing (15)
(10) Remove seal (16) and wear ring (17) from head (13).
(11) Remove wear ring (18), two backup rings (19),
preformed packing (20), and wear ring (21) from
piston (22).
