Winch Maintenance
Remove two setscrews (19), pin (20), and
sheave (21) from pivot arm (15).
Remove bearing (22) from sheave (21).
(12) Attach suitable lifting device to fairlead (4).
(13) Remove eight screws (23) and nuts (24).
(14) Soldier A removes fairlead (4) while Soldier B
operates lifting device.

pin (26), and bracket (27) from
trunnion (28).
Remove grease fitting (29)
from drum (30).
Remove four screws (31),
lockwashers (32), and plate

Remove drum (30) from
fairlead (4).
