NOTE
Perform steps (7.1) and (7.2) for M984E1
with tee fitting only.
(7.1) Install two fittings (16.1) and (16.2) and
two preformed packings (16.3) on
hydraulic fluid filter (10).
(7.2) Connect two hoses (16.4) and hydraulic
tube assembly (16.5) to two fittings
(16.1 and 16.2). Tighten nuts (16.6) on
two fittings (16.1 and 16.2).
(8) Tighten four nuts (5).

Follow-on Maintenance. Operate crane and check connections and filter for leaks
(TM 9-2320-279-10).
