NOTE
Record thickness of spacer washers to aid in assembly.

Remove retaining ring (67) and two spacer
washers (68 and 69) from flange (66).

Remove shaft (70) from flange (66) using
plastic mallet.
(24)
Remove cylinder bearing (71) and bearing
(72) from flange (66) using a drift.
(25)
Remove gasket (73) from flange (66).
b. Cleaning/Inspection.
WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds
can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors,
and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid
injury or death, keep away from open fire and
use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive,
solvent, or sealing compound gets on skin or
clothing, wash immediately with soap and
water.

Clean all metal parts in drycleaning
solvent.
(2)
Inspect all mating surfaces for scratches
and burrs.
(3)
Replace all scratched or damaged parts.
