e. Installation.
WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily,
can give off harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin and
clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away from open fire
and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or
sealing compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately
with soap and water.

Coat threads of pipe nipple (1) with pipe thread sealing
compound and install on V16 AUXILIARY PUMP CHECK
VALVE (2).
Coat threads of pipe adapter (3) with pipe thread sealing
compound and install on V16 AUXILIARY PUMP CHECK
VALVE (2).
CAUTION
Do not tear or otherwise
damage coupling gasket
during installation. If coupling
gaskets are damaged, piping
connections will leak.
(3) Install two coupling
gaskets (4 and 5) on pipe (6)
and elbow (7).
