a. Removal.
(1)
Remove two nuts (1), screws (2),
and coupling halves (3) from
pipe (4).
(2)
Push coupling gasket (5) on
pipe (4).
(3)
Remove two nuts (6), screws (7), and
coupling halves (8).
(4)
Push coupling gasket (9) on pipe (10).
NOTE
·
For vehicles without spacer perform
step (4.1). For vehicles with spacer
perform steps (4.2) and (4.3).
·
Ground strap is not present on all
vehicles.
(4.1) Remove four lock nuts (10.1), ground
strap (10.2), four screws (10.3), and
washers (10.4) from pump (11).
(4.2) Remove two lock nuts (10.1), ground
strap (10.2), two screws (10.5), washers
(10.4), and spacer (10.6) from pump
(11).
(4.3) Remove two lock nuts (10.1), screws
(10.3), and washers (10.4) from
pump (11).
(5)
Remove AUXILIARY PUMP (11) from
wheel well (12).
