NOTE
Left side shown. Right side is removed the same way.

Remove locknut (1), washer (2), belt retractor (3), two washers (4), tether (5), lower retractable
tether (6), washer (7), screw (8), and washer (9).
(2)
Remove locknut (10), washer (11), lower retractable tether (6), washer (12), and screw (13) from
bracket (14).
(3) Remove screw (15), lockwasher (16), tether (5), and washer (17) from cab (18).
