(3) Turn handcrank (5) counterclockwise to let out enough cable (6) to
push through wheel (7) and wrap around spare tire (2).
(4) Wrap cable (6) through axle hole and around spare tire (2) and secure
with hook (8).
(5) Turn handcrank (5) clockwise to put light tension on cable (6).
(6) Release clamp (9) and disconnect tiedown strap (10) from bracket (11)
on both sides of spare tire (2).
