CONTINUITY TEST
GUARD
CAUTION
Electrical power must be shut off
LIGHTBULB
from circuit before continuity can
be checked. Failure to comply with
this caution may result in damage
to test equipment or electrical sys-
tem.
(1) Remove control box light bulb guard
and remove from remote control unit.
(2) Set multimeter to ohms position.
NOTE
A reading of infinity indicates an
open circuit.
(3) Connect multimeter between center of
bulb at the base and outside of bulb
base. Check multimeter for continuity.
