Install star (16) in gerotor (17).
Install preformed packing (18).
Aline the most closed star tip in gerotor (17) with timing hole in motor (7).
NOTE
Gerotor may be rotated clockwise 1/2 turn to aline bolt holes.
Rotate gerotor (17) clockwise two teeth of shaft (12) and install.
Install preformed packing (19) and end plate (20).
WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
Apply sealing and thread locking compound to seven screws (21).
Install six washers (22), tag (23), and seven screws (21).
