c. Assembly
CAUTION
Do not touch armature commutator directly
with skin. Sweat and body oils will damage
commutator.
(1)
Install two bearings (1) on armature (2).
(2)
Install two brush tubes (3) in brush head (4)
with set screws (5).
(3)
Install two case studs (6) in brush head (4).
CAUTION
Do not touch commutator directly with skin.
Sweat and body oils will damage commutator.
(4)
Install thrust washer (7) and spring
washer (8) on commutator end of
armature (2).
(5)
Install armature (2) in brush head (4).
