Direct Support
a.
Removal.
(1)
Attach suitable lifting device.
(2) Remove nine screws (1) and
washers (2).
(3)
Remove swing drive (3).
WARNING
DO NOT grind or sand painted
equipment without high-efficiency air
purifying respirators in use.
NOTE
If new swing drive is to be used, wedges
must be ground off and rewelded. If
existing swing drive is to be repaired,
wedges do not need to be removed.
(4)
Using a grinder to remove
weld, remove two wedges (4)
from frame rings (5).
