b. Disassembly.
NOTE
Perform steps (1) through (5) for
Wrecker, LHS, and CBT trucks that
have side mirror extensions.
Perform steps (4) and (5) for all
others.
(1)
Remove two locknuts (1) and screws (2)
from clamps (3). Discard locknuts.
(2)
Remove loop (4) and clamps (3) from
bracket assembly (5).
(3)
Remove nut (6), lockwashers (7),
screw (8), two washers (9), mirror
head (10), and clamp (11) from loop (4).
(4)
Remove two nuts (12), lockwashers (13),
screws (14), spacers (15), and mirror
head (16) from bracket assembly (5).
NOTE
Some assemblies have self-adhesive spotter
mirror.

Remove nut (17), washers (18), mirror
head (19), and lockwasher (20) from
mirror head (16).
c. Assembly.
NOTE
Perform steps (1) through (4) for
Wrecker, LHS, and CBT trucks that
have side mirror extensions.
Perform steps (3) and (4) for all
others.
Some assemblies have self-adhesive
spotter mirror.

Install mirror head (19) on mirror
head (16) with lockwasher (20),
washer (18), and nut (17).
(2)
Install mirror head (16) on bracket
assembly (5) with two spacers (15),
screws (14), lockwashers (13), and
nuts (12).
(3)
Position clamp (11) on loop (4) and
install mirror head (10) with two
washers (9), screw (8), lockwasher (7),
and nut (6).
(4)
Position clamps (3) on bracket assembly
(5) and install loop (4) on clamps with
two screws (2) and locknuts (1).
