(4) Remove four elbows (11) from bottom of brake relay
valve ( 10).
(5) Remove elbows (12 and 13).
b. Front Brake Relay Valve Installation.
W A R N I N G
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily,
can give off harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin and
clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away from open fire
and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap
and water.
(1) Coat threads with pipe thread sealing compound and install
four elbows (1) in bottom of brake relay valve (2).
(2) Coat threads with pipe thread sealing compound and install
elbow (3) in side of brake relay valve (2).
(3) Coat threads with pipe thread sealing compound and install
elbow (4) in top of brake relay valve (2).
