Step 3.
Check air filter restriction indicator.
If indicator shows yellow, but engine still will not
start, notify organizational maintenance.
If indicator shows red and/or VACUUM INCHES H2O
window shows 18 or more, clean air filter (para 3-8).
If indicator still shows red after cleaning air filter,
notify organizational maintenance.
